About Me

I am the founder of Communications Edge Inc. and creator of the Spark Selling technique -- a means to start conversations with customers "from cold." I am the authority on current, effective sales communication techniques. I've been selling for over two decades.

In 1999, I co-founded what became the Google Affiliate Network and Performics Inc. where I hired the management team, helped secure 2 rounds of funding and built the sales & marketing teams.  

Today, I am a sales communication coach, life-long learner and curator of emerging conversation-starting "next practices." Part Sandler, part Challenger, part mental toughness, leaning on direct response copywriting concepts … the technique is familiar yet one-of-a-kind.

I was first to offer a practical book for small businesses to sell using social media. I published, Off the Hook Marketing: How to Make Social Media Sell for You.
